T&C'S OF YOUR COURSE WITH ME

• Course Fee: the full cost of the course is £399
• A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to secure your place.
• The remaining £199 must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the course date.
• If full payment is not received by this deadline, your place may be released and your deposit forfeited.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash, PayPal, klarna or clearpay
• Once your full payment is received, you'll receive confirmation and final course details.
• You may reschedule your course once only, provided you give at least 14 days' notice.
• Rescheduling requests made with less than 14 days' notice may be treated as a cancellation (see below).
• Any further rescheduling will require a new booking and payment.
• More than 14 days before the course: You may cancel, but your £200 deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made will be refunded.
• 7-13 days before the course: 50% of the total course fee (£199.50) is non-refundable. If you've paid in full, you'll receive a refund of the remaining £199.50.
• Within 6 days of the course (including day before/day of): The full course fee is non-refundable.
• This is because short-notice cancellations leave insufficient time to fill the space and result in a full day's loss of work.
• Failure to attend on the day, without prior notice, will be treated as a cancellation. No refund will be given.
• In the unlikely event I need to cancel or postpone your course (e.g. due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), you'll be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet any course prerequisites and can fully participate in the training.
